The correct answer should be that all alien abductees have implants.The aliens only want us to find the decoy implants.Most important alien implants use stealth technology and are undetectible by modern science and the machines we use to try to locate theses tiny implants.The implants can also move around the body to maximise the chance of being detected during surgicial operations.

i totally agree with the previous answer-er. any implants is Alien to the body... and there is no proof that anybody was abducted by aliens and having their organs replaced with alien organs. it is therefore some story people created just to get publisity.
