I did a search on Yahoo and came up with Charles Jencks, who is called "an arch critic of postmodern architecture." The link is at http://lava.ds.arch.tue.nl/gallery/praha/tgehryen.html

I agree with the other answer about Harold Bloom. He has published a massive number of works, and his implied goal seems to be to upset every other critic.

My first thought is Harold Bloom, though he's mostly focused on the Romantic era. Also I can't stand him. But he has done postmodern criticism and is well-known and respected.
