I believe the one you're referring to is "Rock Swings" by Paul Anka.

Paul . W. Anchor recorded some. But his cover version was rubbish. Very few sales.
Gracie Fields covered 3 hip hop bugles on her pre recorded C D.
Pirate version are available.
