I remember watching the Learning Channel. There was something about Sexyness and Genes. Or maybe it was the Discovery Channel. How come even the non-sexy people can be umong us.The sexy ones. Even though. Natural Selection only favours the sexiest to reproduce successfully. I mean,how can the people who go on Jerry Springer even exist ? Since,these people aren't even as sexy as the rest of us. I would like to use this opportunity over the Internet to meet a girl. That's like Christianna Celeste. From that Standard Deviants video. Imagine a deck of cards. There are people and higher the number card the more attractive you are. You want the highest number possible, but you really don't know your card #. You start shooting for an Ace or King. If they show interest back, then you must be a high card. If not, then you are a lower card. This proceeds with people hooking up with others with a similar card number. No one wants the 2, 3, or 4s of society, so they hook up with each other. Alas, ugly people have hooked up and reproduced.

Because the smart and educated people these days are the ones using birth control more often or just not having children and instead, pursuing their careers. Just look at all of the sexy people in Hollywood? So many of them never have children, or only have a few, or adopt children. On the other hand, those people on Jerry Springer are having sex with every neighboring trailer and having 10 babies and so that is how their genes get passed on. Yes, you might wonder, but how do they get anyone to sleep with them? Well, you have to look at both partners... the men are just as bad as the women, and so somehow they find someone willing to fu*k them.. and it's all they can get, so they go for it.
It's sad, but if we keep up this trend, then the sexy (and smart) people might just be weeded out of the gene pool... by their own actions.

Im not sure how much you are recalling from this learning channel. One, "sexiness" is like beauty, its in the eye of the beholder. Everyone sees sexiness differently so while the people on Jerry are not sexy to you, other people think other wise.
"Natural selection only favours the sexiest to reproduce successfully" - I dont know where you got that conclusion from or what source but it isn't correct.
Sexiness, even if it was a factor, would not be the only factor to human survival. You must factor in the ability of the parents to raise their kids so that one day they too would have their own kids. Parents who do not raise their kids well and to the extreme, starve them to death, will not have their 'sexy' genes passed on.
As mentioned before, sexiness is a physcological attraction by individuals that have different standards. Taking that stance, I think it is not related to Darwin fitness since there is no selective pressure against it. Also, like someone else mentioned, even if there was a selective pressure against "not sexy people", "not-sexy" people would mate with "not-sexy" people when all the "sexy" people are taken.

Looking at the Jerry Springer types who are nonetheless sexy enough to reproduce, just imagine the types who weren't. Those types you don't see (obviously).
It is a lovely sentiment to want a girl to hold and tickle and kiss all over. I hope you find one.

Well a girl can be sexy if you see her from that perspective but sometimes the external beauty is alluring...........
But be careful as "ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD"
People have different views and sometimes they see the heart of the person and may become comfortable with even the ugliest girl.
Our chemistry as a person is the same but even then our chemistry w/in a relationship is different so best of luck with your senorita..........

selective reproduction... hot guys picking hot girls to procreate with usu yields to hot babies... the parents prolly don't have that hard a time finding a "mate" whereas others do...
