Toy story 1 because it's the original. Toy story 2 seems much the same only Buzz and Woody have swapped places.

Toy Story 2.
Concentrated on the story as opposed to 'loook what we can do with a computer'.
The story on ..2 is more rounded and grown up

toystory 1 because it was so fresh and original at the time, if you think about it toystory 1 was the first animation movie of its kind? The sort of movie adults and kids loved! It was also the first movie my son really enjoyed( a little too much, he watched it over and over.....) Toystory 2 is really good too, but i still prefer the original. The characters were so amazing too, buzz is probably my fav, he is just hilarious, and the dinosaur(neurotic), i also loved the little attention to detail, like the little barrel of monkeys, and the way the little soldiers were so realistic! yes as you can tell i loved it.
Oh yeah and when i was a kid, i always believed my toys came to life when i left the room! so it was good to be reminded of that!

Thats a tough one. Usually sequels are no where near as good as the first one but I love Jessie and stinky Pete! Number 1 probably just beats it for the originality.

Two is my fav. Beta story, beta characters - Jessie is kwl.
Also Sid in the first one that killed the toys was kinda scary and v.v weird
