because i av got 4 females with them spots and im anxious to know

If the spot is on the fin, it is only a black spot.
The pregnant spot is usually under the anal fin, on the anal part of the fish body.
This pregnant spot is common for guppies, xiphos (sword tails), platties and mollies.
When the fish is pregnant the spot is increasing and the fish get fat and just before giving birth it's body will have a strange square shape, and it looks like immediately exploding.

With guppies, the area above the anal fin darkens when they are pregnant it is called a gravid spot. Actually, it is the eyes of the fry you are seeing and if you look closely, you can actually see them as they mature.
