can they access my computer and what i am doing etc if i allow remote assistance? what exactly is it?

Yes, it could be harmful remote assistance can leave you vulnerable to new and modern hackers so dont allow remote assistance to someone you dont trust

Yes you allow someone to do a certain number of things to your computer remotely. If you wanted to do that you would need to trust the person who is accessing your system and you should make sure they only do what is needed. You need to have access to admin in your operating system. You should password protect sensitive documents and anything else you deem personal or valuable. Good luck!

i really don't like the idea of someone i don't know going through all my personal info in my computer. plus i don't know if they left any spyware in there also. i wouldn't do it
