Several things can affect a persons growth. She might only grow to or more inches in her life and you might grow taller. When I was as young as her I was one of the smaller kids in my classroom. Before we got to high school I was the second tallest.

I'm 12 and i'm 5'1. I tall but i'm not too tall.I have a frend and she is11 and 5'4. Now that is too tall.

no shes not too tall it just means that her growth spur was faster than yours. when i was 12 and 13 i was 5'2" and i was the tallest in my class. now that i am older i am stil 5'2". i guess that since my growth spur happened so early that i stopped growing ever since.
