I would say at least 6 ozs. depending if they ate every 3-4 hours... some babies eat less.

I had this same question when I started my daughter at day care. I was breast feeding and I didn't know how much milk to pump and put into her bottles. Most babies that take breast milk will take between 4-6 oz at a time, that is about how much a full breast will have in it when they nurse. If you use formula the baby will start to take more, 6-8 oz because it is not as digestable as breast milk. I rented a hospital grade pump and I pump twice a day at work and then go to daycare on my lunch break to nurse. Some days my daughter takes 3 4oz bottles and some days she takes 4. The milk I pump I put in bottles for the next day at daycare, if I have extra milk then I freeze it for later. Hope that helps you. Best of luck. Carrie

Here is a page that figures out how much milk to put into the bottle.
Breastfed babies actually usually take smaller bottles than a artificially fed baby.

I agree with Cream. A child will stop once they are satisfied or full.
My wife breastfed and she used the pump filling the bottle with the contents of both breasts when we were going out or we left the suckling with a sitter. It was no different than fresh, the bottle was as empty as her breasts.

Onl.y 14 pounds at 6m, it extremely is probably no longer that small. i'm questioning the place the archives is coming from that's inflicting plenty stress, i might wager that it extremely is from somebody that's green. It looks like the toddler isn't waiting for stable meals, in basic terms provide it time. Are you urging the toddler to consume and then the toddler is throwing up? Is it spit up or throw up, there's a brilliant distinction. Does the toddler coach signs and warning signs of interest in stable meals, does he/she attempt and grab nutrition out of your plate? in case you're extremely in contact then go and get a 2nd opion from yet another healthcare expert and positioned your suggestions to ease.

sometimes babies will nurse every hour or two hours. It depends a lot on how much milk you are making and whether the child is getting the fatty milk.
good luck and stick with it. I know it is hard, but it is worth it.

the same amount as if it was from the boob. What I mean is just let baby have it, they will let yolu know if they are full or still hungry.

Feed him till he doesn't want anymore. He knows when he's full.
