yea , it actually doesnt detect lies it detects the bodies metabolic changes as a person lies , if you are a steady liar you believe your lies to be the truth so your metabolic rate does not change , you dont sweat excessively and your heart beat does not increase , but if you are lying and its not really in your nature to lie then you will sweat , heart rate increases , and possibly even blink more. what people do to cheat these tests is to wiggle their toes in their shoes so it isnt so noticeable and the detector cannot determine if they are lying or not , some even move their fingers a little and breath deeper.

When they ask you simple questions, just think that you're lying all the time so you set a higher baseline for yourself. So when you're actually lying, the polygraph won't notice anything different in your physiological state. hehe

place a needle or sharp nail in your shoe, when asked question you need to lie to pkoe your foot when answering, also put anti-perspirant on finger tip.

first of all you have to have a great amount of self control
second you need to be a professional liar
third you need to concentrate on the question seeing it as an exam
