To asylum seekers and some foreign nationals who are suspected of terrorism and who incite hatred? If they cant be sent home, could they be placed elsewhere in the world in a country they do not hold so much contempt for??? What will be done???

TO MR FEEL YOUNG- That is exactly what my point is, arent these people im talking about racist whingers? Racist killers? These extreme muslims are racist, but obviously you are one of these people who will only call english speaking people racist, to be honest your comment was quite ignorant. I live in Birmingham and im getting scared to walk down the street or get on a bus that goes through these muslim areas. I feel like getting off the bus everytime someone with a package or bag gets on. Is that right that I should live in fear??

p.s I would just like to say that I agree, I dont like the royal family myself nor the right wingers, and I dont want muslims to suffer persecution because of these extremists, I am Irish descent myself and know of the persecution that my family and countless others have faced at the hands of this country and the ''born and bread'' english person.

Great Question. Let's remeber something, one man's terrorist is another's freedom fighter.
A lot of Terrorists rights are restricted in prison, but to let them out and ship them to another country they could find support and strike again. They are probably better off where they are and be punished for their crimes against humanity.

I was nearly arrested across the road from No:10 because some Iraqi nationals were protesting about the government. I voiced my concern stating that if they were so unhappy with our governments policies then return home to Iraq. The gentleman I addressed then produced a British passport and claimed this as his home and that he had a right to protest. I pointed out that if this was Iraq he would probably be shot for incitement but instead he chooses to hide behind the freedom of speech as a British citizen and condemn the very regime that granted him asylum to live in peace without fear of persecution. Our beloved Police then told me to shut up and move on or I would be arrested for incitement to cause a fracas, go figure!!!

i think a much better plan would be to evict all the racist whingers who spew out hatred against anyone with a different religion or ethnicity to their own. Hopefully parasites like the royal family, the house of lords and all the other neo-fascists will leave this country too (that includes tony blair and his fellow warmongers) , leaving those of us who are remaining to make this a land of peace and harmony!

The government can do anything it wants. In some cases they will need to revoke or renegotiate international treaties or change the law. It takes a few months, but it can be done.

Good Evening...my cyber sister...

If you, or anyone else gathered here tonight, were born after 1913, you never had freedom to begin with. The government cannot take away what you do not have.

Please take an observant look at this...http://www.freedomtofascism.com/index.html

You might consider getting your own Guantanamo Bay. Why should these people be given protection under laws written by the very society they are trying to destroy?
Treat them as enemy combatants, not criminals. They are fighting a war against you and me. They are in battle, not committing crimes.

If they're not US citizens they can be deported to their country of origin. If they are citizens they can be put in jail.
In either case, they have to at least be charged with a crime and, in the case of a citizen, found guilty of something; suspicion is not enough.
Of course, the FBI or someone may be watching them....
