After each paragraph ask yourself what it was that you just read.

After doing that for a while you will see an improvement !!! Then expand to reading the page and ask yourself. Then the chapter. and so on.

the region the place you learn concerns maximum. Libraries or cafe's are ultimate. i like to benefit the place I see lot of strangers so, even outdoors a mall might artwork completely for me, yet will possibly no longer artwork for others. some human beings prefer to benefit in a room all by applying themselves, some prefer team learn. And for some human beings listening to song (by using headphones or by using audio gadget) works. some human beings benefit concentration by applying chewing gum and others prefer to munch on something e.g Popcorn (or Murmure). chocolates artwork for me particularly plenty. i do no longer drink tea or espresso or potential drinks (eg crimson bull), yet i comprehend it extremely works for some human beings. one element which will easily help you is that, in no way must you consume plenty at one go. consume 4-5 cases an afternoon, extremely than 2-3 because of the fact it makes you sleepy. My advice: read out loud, at your pace.

It is a question of training: after a while, you'll read out loud faster, and eventually, you'll get a cruise speed for reading.
