girlfriend, if our husbands tried to whip as as in an abusive way,we have the right to get a divorce instantly without even going to court and we can just grab our kids and leave.

Me, no and to all my friends i say no. In Islam, it's is forbidden to hit the woman even though they'll give u verses of Qura'an that says men should hit women but they just translate it in a wrong way. I donno anyone of my friends who has been whipped, those who whip their wives or relatives if they exist are kind of crazy and they think man is dominant it's not an Islam thing not at all

Come one.. i don't think this thing only happen in muslim family. it happen every where. i am not a muslim but i live with many muslim. i can tell you this is not true.
you are spreading a disease here. it will worsen the interfaith relationship.
