I'm planning to get a ground pass for the 2nd day. Are the ground passes normally sold out? Will it also be cheaper to get the tickets in person or are there substantial savings from getting it online?

Shouldn't be a problem on day 2. I've never had a problem and I always just walk up and buy a grounds pass. In fact, you probably won't even have to stand in line.

I usually go down without seats. Just know the seating charts and prices of the seats. Check the dates.
