He's a good player - gets better every year, shame about his cheating antics though. I understood why English fans were angry at him for getting Rooney send off, but the World Cup is over now. If one of our players were to do something similar, I doubt people would be so annoyed - it's something that needs to be stamped out from the game along with other cheating e.g. diving, play-acting, etc. I don't see it happening though, cheating will get worse - hopefully it doesn't affect the game that much.
Making death threats and vandalising his house is a step too far, at the end of the day football is only a game. That sort of behaviour is not jusitified.
Do I like Ronaldo? not particularly, his dribbling is good to watch but his diving spoils it all. He should also take a leaf out of Henry's book - confidence not arrogance.

I don't just like Cristiano Ronaldo, I love/adore C.R.! Those who keep on saying negative things about the soccer star obviously know nothing about him! He is a super player and a superb human being!

If Wayne Rooney, who was interviewed on BBC on Saturday about his relations with Ronaldo, hasn't got a problem, I can't see why anyone else should have.

I never liked him before the world cup as I always thought he was arrogant and acted like a spoiled child at times, and though he scored some good goals by golly he sure did miss alot too.When I saw how he acted up against England I disliked him intensely. If you can't win by fair means then you have not really won, you have cheated.

Me!! Despite "he's cheating", "he's a diver" stuff. He's a good man outside the field too. He donated 66,000 pounds for the tsunami victims in Aceh. He also pays for a little girl's living. He's a good-hearted. I love his skills to when dribbling. He's talented. I'd love him more if he changes his diving habbit and plays fair. No surprise if he's gonna be the next Zidane!!

Yes he's great at football, i don't know him personally so i can't comment what kinda guy he is, ie is he kind to others? who knows? does he have a cat called cuddles? does he buy his gf flowers? did he look after his family when he made his millions?or is he a complete twit? No idea mate.

hes an amazing player on the field.he has amazing skills and is extremely fast!his only problem though is his whiney atttitude and how he falls like every time he gets touched!other than that hes awesme!

He has a lot of talent and flair...but it's when he dives and fakes injury (like all the Portugese players) which lets him down !
