It won't stay at the bottom and its blowin big noisy bubbles.

the bubbles are realyy noisy when they are poppin and i can imagine it would be disturbin the fishies

You should put some fish bowl rocks, the big ones arrabged so it holds it down, hope it helps. And if it is blowing bubbles check the tube if it has an escape or is not plugged correctly.

Try putting some of the gravel inside the filter at the bottom, then the floss and carbon. Then try to wiggle the entire filter into the gravel bed a little. If you keep it from the sides of the tank, it won't be so noisy. That should take care of your problem.

you need to put some form of weight in the filter befor putting in the floss and carbon. The noisy bubbles are caused by an unregulated pump and you need to fit an air tap on the air line or if your pump has a control turn it down untill you get a nice smooth flow of air from your filter.
