Although at this hour you are probably just being silly, however if you are serious, a hypothetical answer would require the assumption there is an absolute answer to this question. Since there are many belief systems on this planet, an absolute answer is not possible since many belief systems contradict each other. You would have to specify a particular belief system to get an answer which would only be authoritative as far as that system is concerned. Regardless, your question seems to assume: 1.) Ghosts exist and 2.) the possibility of assorted colors which could include no color at all ! If the later be the case, the question would be moot since you wouldn't be able to see them regardless of whatever race / color the individual was while living.

Dude - - - don't know why anyone would slam you - - - go watch movies - - - ghost Negroes tend to be transparent and gray - - - most ghosts are either orbs of light thus misperceived as white or an image of the deceased in which case they would hew to the original hue - - - you should go watch some ghost movies or bunker down in a haunted house. There is one terrific Ghost tale where in a Ghost Bahamian is a spooky Black Shadow. Peace. Here is a funny image - - - two elderly Negroes are exploring a spooky old mansion when they spot the traditional white sheet style of Ghost and one man says to the other, "Damn either this place is Haunted or we stumbled into a meeting of the KKK either way I say we run like H E L L."

Ghosts are not like Casper! they look like their previous image, and this is from someone who shared a public bathroom with one, I even asked why they were wearing such old clothes!
