Studying in Northumbria University. need house for 7. below 50 pounds a week per person. near Uni. Help Please!!!

I suggest you try the Fenham area... it's not the richest area, and it's not the closest for university either, but you're not going to find a place at that price too easily, unless you can convince the landlord to let you sleep two people to a room, and landlords aren't usually happy about that. Heaton is also relatively cheap, and a bit nicer than Fenham... both are about the same distance from town, but now I think about it, Heaton is closer to Northumbria Uni I used the following search engine to find a good house last year:

Probably you've checked that already, but hey, something new might've been put up, so why not give it another look? That's the site I used to find my accomodation last year, it was 58.50 for a house in Jesmond Vale, in case you want a comparison.

Good luck! Well done on choosing Newcastle for study, it's been a good town to me these past few years.
