right first you must ensure the ball and your finger has no moisture on it at all, aply a plaster to the grooves in your spining hand not just your finger and try to vary your deliveries you might find that if you are bowlingh a constant off spin or leg spin it is you that is trying harder to get more revolutions on the ball because you are trying too hard your skinis breaking.. spin bowling is all about variation gettin the batsmen guesing and trying to get a wicket... if you vary your deliveries use maybe a slower or a quicker ball now and again your bowling and your skin will benefit. After the game is over it is of paramount emportance that you doint just apply water to your finger get down to your local chemist and you will find a good variation off skin moisturisers if you apply this whenever you are not playing cricket your hands will not ache and you wont have the anouyance off skin blistering. Iam a chef and i play footie in goal and play cricket so my hands are important to me so take my advice i have had plenty off blisters in my time mate.

grip has very little to do with SPIN
u r not clear in ur question
if u want to spin the ball it has to grip the surface
spin has various factors
1) the part of ball that you hold when u deliver
2) the part of ball that actully hits the groud
3) the amount or the angle to which u rotate ur fingers to hold the ball
best way to do all the above are
1) Grip is better if it comes by natural, you can try doing wht warne does B4 bowling just tossing the ball from one hand to another by spinning it(watch warne closely)
2) right part of ballhitting the ground its damn tough u need professional COACH
3) this you can develop not by bowling just stand and trow the ball by rotating ur fingers as much as possible
Try watching spinners grip Murali,Warne and new sensation Monty and kumble if you watch them all there would be a huge differnce even if they bowl same type of delivery

Sounds like you get some revolution on the ball!.
You could try this approach:
Its used to toughen the hand and finegr strength. Jab your hand into uncooked rice. Get a large container and fill it with a decent sized bag of rice. When you jab it in try and grip the rice breifly whilst your hand is in there. Let go and Jab your hand in again.
It was somethign I learned when I used to do martial arts and it helped me enourmously as I was getting the same problem when I spun the ball.
It will gradually toughen the skin and add a bit of strength to your grip. Its a lot safer than rubing the skin with sandpaper to harden it or even rubbing bleach onto it! (it happens)
Happy tweaking

put your thumb at the bottom of the ball and the index finger at the side and the middle finger at the top of the ball.
For more information go to en.wikipedia.org/Fast_bowling.
Hope this helps.

cant be that different from toughening your fingers for playing guitar.
the trick is to soak them in vinegar, don't pick the blisters, and don't allow them to soak in water (bath or washing up) until they are hard.
