Not really. There's no quick fix here. Hopefully you will just grind it out til your feelings for him fade and you move on to a relationship with a real man. Chances are though, and no offense, you will get back together with him if he's a good talker. If you still love him, despite all the nasty things he's done to you, and he wants to get back with you and tries to talk you into it with the whole "I'm sorry, worst mistake of my life, never happen again, i love you, don't you love me?" crap, I could see how you'd go straight back to him. Tough it out. He'll just burn you again. Then you'll be back right here where you started only more hurt, more of your life wasted on him, and even more comfortable with being in a relationship with him.

Do like I am. Stay busy with friends and family. When those good memories start to creep in and you start to miss him just remember........these feelings I still have for him belong to someone he never really was. You loved someone you thougt you could trust and depend on. He proved that wasnt who he was. Replace missing him with remebering the pain you felt when you found out he cheated. Time sweetheart,.......lots of time

One word...time. You can hasten the process by going out and meeting other people, being with friends or family, participating in new activities or finding new interests.

Whenever you start to miss him just think of how much he hurt you.

divert your thoughts to another man or anything else. by diverting your thoughts, you would have no time to think about him, and therefore will gradually forget him.
