Having an afair with somebody while you are going trouth separattion proces with your husband, can i afect on any way when is time for me to get custody of my child???? i dont want spouse sopport or alimony, i just want to be able to keep my son, but he have prove of me been involved with somebody else and im scared of that afect me in any way if i want to get custody of my son...

Were you legally separated, or just taking a break before divorce? It can make a difference. And TAKE CHILD SUPPORT. It's for your child, it's not up to you whether or not you want it, it's theirs by right and law.

typically this should not matter. It happens all the time. Unless your boyfriend is a crackhead or alcoholic....
As long as you can provide a good home, are not abusive.....all the cliche stuff like that.....at the very least you will get shared custody.

i would imagine that if this relationship started while you and your husband were still together it may be a problem, but if it started after you were separated (though not divorced yet), then it should be ok. i wish you luck.
