In India, the media has become careless as well mediocre. I think that fourth state is not performing its job responsibly. Otherwise, how can it vilify a person one day and the very next day exonerating him. The cas in point is Mr. Arunachalam who was labelled a traitor / mole in PMO and the very next day exponerated after clarification from Ex- Forgien Minister but without any apology.

I would like a reply from someone who is a part of media fertainity.

am still amazed at the day

of course, the media should be held responsible as it is they who prompt the public to believe what they do not know. they are the source of information to the public and if they are corrupt the mindset of public will become corrupt too. the accountability of media will ensure that they do not behave irresponsibly especially in a country like india where public awareness is at the least point.

They do what is given as a small request and take it to next level to benfit them self's and or the firm that they work for Too talk it up to it up to the level, level that may, or not benifit your position and or the company's coffers.

Yes. Unfortunatelly I know very little about the media of India. But the Israeli & Western media should definately be held responsible and accountable for its evil deeds.

The whole point of the media is to make others who make decisions accountable for their own actions. If the media doesn't act in the same mattter how can they be taken seriously?
