Settle everything that needs to be settled. Apologize to everyone you've wronged or hurt. Tell everyone you care about how you feel about them. Prepare the family for the inevitable. Then just enjoy it. Keep everyone you love near.

First off, I'm sorry that you have to face the end. I do admire you for having done it so bravely, as it seems you have. I really hope...you take this in the spirit it's meant in--humility and hopefulness. I just want to ask you to make sure you have asked Jesus to be your Saviour. If you haven't...I'm going to be praying that God will reveal his wondrous self to you. Every breath you've ever taken has been a gift from Him, and the wonder of His creation has probably caused you to be a bit breathless at times. God is merciful and good even though His definition of "good" doesn't always match up with ours. I'm praying for you. God bless.

If you are nearing your end, there should be no fear for you, in accomplishing those goals. For someone else to accomplish them for you would be a diminished return for yourself. sorry to hear you're approaching your end.
