No because this is not true. So much harm has come to them due to the USA deciding to take control of their governments either by force or through imperialism. The extremists developed AFTER this. The USA started the goal of a new world order in the 80s. Bush Sr was quoted as saying.. '... this is the beginning of the new world order.'

The middle east is more than Arabs.
These people are not as homogenous as westerners think.
There are Arabs, Persians, Turks, Lebanese, Egyptians, Jews, Kurds to name a few.
Despite the similarities of religion, these people have been fighting and murdering each other for more thousands of years than there has been recorded history.
hate is in the air, the water and the dessicated land now so barren of hope. The potential of these peoples is lost to hate.
The Muslim/Jewish/Christian conflicts are not the root of the conflict. Cynical leaders use religion to espouse hate to keep themselves and their clans in positions of rulership.
Before there was an Israel, these various peoples kept themselves backward with petty hatreds and fuedalism.
They keep their women down and use their children as tools and measures of wealth.
They are united in their fear of what the future holds, and so they fight it with the desperation of old men with nothing and everything to lose.
Never forget "Arab" countries are not even marginally democratic. They are ruled by evil men, not the true wishes of their common people.

The Arabs will always blame their disunity on conspiracies. If a water main breaks in Cairo, then they figure it was the work of Mossad. What hope is there with a mentality like that?
