there's no way you can do it. I think that's the challenging thing so it wouldn't be so much fun when you know someone completely by first meeting. Just like a book you must read each page patiently.

There are quite a good number of books available on Body Language. I recommend you read those books - to read a person like book "=)

I am very good at this so look for certain things.
Looks first off how he wants to be thought of.
Next his manners.
How he acts.
How he acts around others.
Is he looking for attention or does he not care who is looking/ talking to him.
His mood. If he laughs alot and tells jokes he tends to be a good guy. That means he is a comfortable/fun person to be around.

you can read a book because you know the language and know how to read, same with people just try to understand language of body, eyes and lots of things ...... :)
