Get a bottle of compressed air and release it through a narrow opening into a copper coil. Put the copper coil in water and it will cause it to freeze.

Any environment where the temperature is below 0C/32F (the melting point of ice). There are other theoretical ways you can do it through chemistry and thermodynamics, but the equipment you would need to purchase to create such chemical reactions would more than exceed the cost of a freezer.

Well there are quite a number of options, but the basic principle ofcourse is to use something that is colder than 0 degrees celsius and you'd be able to freeze water into ice.

You can always buy some liquid nitrogen and drop water into it, it would freeze quite quickly.

ice is made when heat is absobed from water, there r many ways to make ice apart from refrigerating,1 is using joules thopson effect(when a substance is compressed and expanded suddenly then it cools so much),1 way is by chemical reactions by using endothermic reactions(chemical reactions which take energy to occur(ex-heat) there may be many other ways to make ice
