ive smoked weed fore a while already have never tried nothing else im just not intrested im a true pot head and im proud of it i dont give a f*** what people think i have a job i have fun im just high so im having lots of fun not just sitting down on a couch and watching tv like that stupid commercial puts it.

For goodness sakes...I'm so sick of people buying into those anti-drug campaigns. Marijauna is no more harmful than alcohol, but do we ban that? No! Oh, we tried, but it didn't last very long, did it? In fact, it made crime sky rocket. If weed were legal, let's just say a lot of problems would go away. Instead of harming your liver, you're harming your lungs. What's the difference? People only think it's a gateway drug because they're told it is.
I personally don't use it, but if it were legal, I probably would at least try it once.

Weed can be a gateway drug, as can alcohol, but the most common gateway drug is tobacco. Studies show that 80% of illicit drug users smoke tobacco, there is a close correlation between tobacco and illicit drug use later on. As for just being a pot head, I don't see how you can raise your self above others by claiming to only take one drug. Cannabis is more physically harmful that tobacco, and heroin. Cannabis is known to contribute to mental illness, this I can verify as I work on a psychiatric ward, and add that I am an ex drug user (and abuser) myself. Personally I believe that alcohol is a major gateway drug. But at the end of the day, if you take drugs you are on a journey, enjoy it and remember that they can open doors for you, but what is on the other side is something else! X

Sure, but cigarettes and alcohol are way more accessible not to mention legal. Pot is no worse than those two besides for being illegal. Just don't walk around with weed or sell it or have large portions on you. Don't show anybody your sack unless you are at home.

Marijuana is a gate way drug for many people. Also it's illegal. If you smoke it, you will go to jail for a long time, and when you are in jail you will have lots of time to think about what you did.

For most people, the gateway drug is BOOZE, but we don't call it that because of the Kennedy's. Never carry more than you can eat.
