The wife says my favorite animal *should* be a wolf because I act like one, can howl at the moon like one, and almost look like one.
Mythological animal would be either dragon or phoenix.
Cryptozoological animal (if they can be termed thus) would be the elusive "mothman" or, of course, Sasquatch.

Well it has always been my little lhasa poo dog that died a few years ago. But I think that Tai Shan, the baby panda that was born at the National Zoo in Washington DC last year is absolutely adorable. They have a panda cam you can watch him and his parents at www.nationalzoo.si.edu

I can't narrow it down to just one, but I will tell you my top 4. First the real animals...I love cats and I love white tigers. For the majikal animals...I love dragons and griffons.
