the tides would be greatly reduced, but the people above forget that the sun also affects tides, so there would still be a limited effect. Basically anything that is affected by the moons gravitiational effect would change. nights would be a lot darker, and weather patterns would change (and niel armsrtong wouldn't be famous.)
beyone that there are certainly effects to nature and organic life. Not sure if there would be an effect on the earth rotation. Some may say that if there had never been a moon the Earths precession (the wobble on its axis) would never have happened, although that is only conjecture.

It would cause the tides to disappear, and change the earths rotation a bit, since the earth and moon rotate together as a system. And it could possibly affect some life forms, since there are some that use lunar cycles or the moon itself as a guide. Other than that, though, we should be OK, once we get used to the changes.
The earth will still rotate about the sun, on an axis that may lose stability over a very long period. Gravity should feel relatively normal (you don't feel lighter when the moon is above you and heavier when the moon is below you).

no more tides. no more light at night. it would change gravity laws because the moon gravity affects the earth.

There would be no more tides and the seasons, weather, and sea creatures would all be messed up. Most living things would be frozen to death if not burned first, and there would be sudden changes in temperature.

It would get rid of tides and there would be huge naturall disasters.
It could be a possibility that the earth could be destroyed.
