Mrs. Doubtfire played by Robin Williams. Where Robin Williams disguised himself as an old woman of seventy so that he could be with his family.
If you want tears to come out of your eyes while laughing then i recommend this.
Also look out for Blue Streak by martin lawrence and Jackie Chan's My Lucky Stars. You will ROFL.

Rat Race tops my list because you had a mixture of comedic actors from Rowan Atkinson, Seth Green, Jon Lovitz and Whoopi Goldberg all in one movie, you are gonna get great laughs

I can't believe all the stupid movies being suggested! I guess sometimes stupid/corny equals funny. The "smartest" comedy in recent memory was probably Napolean Dynamite.
The stupidest, funniest comedy was easily Anchorman.

There's Something About Mary, or Analyze This...they are both really funny movies, I just couldn't stop laughing. It's good when a movie makes you forget about all your problems for the time being, and you can just keep laughing :)

Kung Pow, they took a really old ancient Chinese movie and dubbed over it. It was funny cause at times they had nothing to add, but their lips were moving so they had them mumbling random sounds and the voices they gave them were really funny. It was the way they talked that made it so funny
