had sponteous abortion at 8wks 1 year ago with 1 tube thinking this had happen because I have one follopian tube. Right side tube removed because of a fribroids tumors

Don't see why you can't.

I had 3 children with ONLY having part of ONE ovary!

Yes. It is very possible. My best friend's mother had a tube removed long before she was born... and her mom was still able to get pregnant with her. You still can conceive... it's just a little harder for you to do so... and it might take a bit longer. But once you get pregnant... you can still carry out the baby for the full term. Yes! My mom only had one tube that was working and the other one wasn't, and she had my sister and I all right

It should be but you may want to be insemenated and or have a C section Delivery to increase your chances of a healthy pregnancy.
