One night my bf stayed and my friend was over also and my bf and me fell asleep on the floor after making love for about 2 hours and I guess when I went to sleep he got on to the bed with my friend and had sex with her and she said she didn't want it but she didn't say no or stop she just moved her leg and that was it... First things first, if she was raped did she call the police and is your bf in jail right now.
Secondly, if this guy cheated on you with three other girls then why do you not respect yourself enough to toss him away like a rag? You say you don't love him anymore. How long ago was it that you slept with him? He should be in jail right now on rape charges if it was like she said and she told him no. But no matter the outcome of that you say you don't love him....you should stay as far away from him as you can get.

Was she drugged? I know that sometimes when I'm half asleep, I'll be concious but I won't be able to move. Either way, you gotta get rid of this boy. Even if she did want it, she'd be doing you a favor by giving you an extra reason to get rid of this guy. Shouldn't the question be "Is HE lying?"

Both of them are wrong! If I dont want a man to have sex with me I wont just "move my leg!" He'll damn well know it! If you were close by, she could've just woken you up. Why are you on his side? He cheated on you with your best friend?!! Whether its rape or not... he did wrong and it cannot be justified!

Well . I cant tell you who the lyer is . But it sounds like they both are . I'm sorry to give you my side of what I thought . And I'm also sorry what happend to you . Your friend could have told him to stop or make him stop. And your boyfriend was the one you should be more mad at . For ever cheated on you in the first place . My say is that you leave them both .

if she did not say No or Stop... and she is an adult... its legally not rape....
and if you were on the floor only feet away... and she really didnt want it to happen... all she had to do was scream and wake you up... now if she has a history of abuse in her past... i can see her possibly freezing up and just laying there.. if not then she has a really low self esteem and zero boundaries

she might've been raped, but because she didn't do anything to stop it i don't kno if it would hold up in court. I'd prolly think she wanted it or she would've done something. But maybe she's not ready to accept that she wanted your b/f so dont just go calling her a lier
