Okay, so i need an outfit idea (can include hair and makeup) for a kind of dark, fantasy like girl who still wants to look elegant or in male terms "hot". Any ideas?
In my head i have things like boots and glitter. But i need to have a full rundown of an outfit so i know how to put it all together so it works.

Well for me I dont like the whole idea of wearing boots and coming up with a cowboy outfit. You are going to a party and you basically want to look hot in an outfit wherein you can move freely and comfortably. Boots cover up the legs and it's not sexy enough since they obviously do not reveal your nice, curvy legs. I suggest you wear a black, knee-lenght spaghetti dress. A dress that's not body-hugging because it will make you look like as if you're going to a formal event. A black cotton dress that's free-flowing will do! Take note: Do not buy a chiffon dress for parties like this...Chiffon looks good for formal and daytime events. Also, you may want to bye a slip-on sandals. Gold ones I suggest! Black and gold go together, and they are the perfect combination for parties like this. And you may want to accessorize it with gold long necklace and gold hoop earings. The gold accessories help spread out the "gold spark" of your outfit on the chest part. I also suggest you wear your hair up so as to reveal your back. With this outfit, you will absolutely look sexy and still a little elegant at the same time! ;)

I'm thinking,the retro 90's look,with the boots and some black knit tights,with some socks over the tights. Then you can accentuate the whole ensemble with a floral peasant dress and a half blue jean jacket. For the ears,bring back the classic Janet Jackson one earring in the ear,something long,dangling and sparkly.Have your eyes popping with some blue glitter and bright bloody red lipstick. You don't have to stop there,put some glitter in your hair too so can add some shimmer once you walk into a room.

I think black is always hot! But red is dangerously sexy! Something that shows some skin. As a woman and knowing what responses are from men. The surprise is always the best! For instance, a dress that looks pretty normal from the front but goes down to the small of your back or slightly lower will leave guys trailing you. Another idea is the crisscross front showing cleavage and being form fitting is always a drooler. Of course you want to wear the barbie doll type of heel with black wear a bright one color shoe. With red wear a print with the same shade of red ( very important). Hair...Big loose curls tied loosely to your head creating a goddess type look with some hair hanging down. drop earrings..depending on your coloring ...if you are an autumn or summer wear gold , if a winter or spring wear silver. NOTHING else! You want all the attention to go to your dress and hair! Makeup...either dramatic eyes or lips but not both!

Dangly earrings with your hair down. Blue jean skirt with stripper boots...(dunno what else to call them.) But if you show a lot of leg, don't wear a low cut shirt too b/c then you go from being hot to slutty....know what I mean? It's hard to find that line. That way you come across as sexy but classy. Oh and on your makeup....wear a dark colored eyeliner and then smudge eyeshadow faintly on top of it. (I use black eyeliner and then brown eyeshadow.) It gives you a smoldering, mysterious sexy look.

The boots sound great...how about a really cute black layered wife beater tank...a hot dark skirt and a cute dark cardigan (black ) or if that is too hot wear a layered black tank with another dark one....wear your hair up in a messy yet styled pony tail and dark make---up! Good Luck@

NO BOOTS! It's summer time. Save them for fall/winter.
You should wear some cute flats/slide ins or even sandals.
A cute top with some jeans.
I agree with the dangle earings, try wearing your hair up then.

an stunning easy walking outfit that's somewhat for instruct not somewhat walking could be large. it would be an stunning pastel shade consisting of pink, yellow, lime, or lavender could be large with an same tank superb suited below the jacket in case it seems to be a heat night,
