well, first, stop eating 3 hours before going to sleep.
second, when you do snore, turn to your side, and sleep on your side.
third, if you are overweight, lose it.
fourth, if you still snore after fixing all this, don't drink milk or lactose products.
fifth...try the strips "breathe right", over the counter.
last resort, and this works, take singing lessons, this will strengthen throat muscles and will help you avoid snoring =o)
-Morenita =o) my hubby used to snore, and he's been clean of snoring for a few years!!

Usually non medical remedies do not work. It is just a waste of money. I know because I have wasted a lot of money on snoring products from t v and on the shelf at the drug store. Only an ear, nose and throat doctor who specializes in snoring is a prudent method of addressing the problem.

The first thing you should try is "breathe right" strips that you can get from any drug store. They apply right to your nose and help keep the passage clear. If it's more severe than that, the best and most guaranteed result comes from a machine that you use. The machine has a mask that goes over your mouth and nose and has a steady supply of air that goes through your nose to keep the passage open and thus eliminate snoring.
