Look Its an easy question for every countrymen becoz everyone will say their country is the best & it is really difficult to choose other country becoz we dont know about their culture & society so i have to say "INDIA"

Obviously a matter of opinion, but in general, I would say those countries that are former colonies of England are the most civilized. (Well, OK, sorry about Europe. Love you and all that, but . . . )
Australia and New Zealand both have excellent reputations as good places to live. I've only ever been in the US and Canada myself. I'm an American, and very biased in that regard, but California is a wonderful place to live. Canada is very nice in the summertime, but I'm not up for that much cold and snow.
It really depends on what you want. But do study the political climate as well as the meteorological before you make any moves.
