I'm trying to open a PDF file on Firefox (though I've also tried it on IE) and when I click on the link it asks me if I want to open it or save it and when I click 'open' it says it's been downloaded, but it doesn't do anything else. When I click save it puts it in whatever folder I've specified, but then when I try to open it from the folder it doesn't open. The little hourglass thing pops up like it's doing something, but after a few seconds it goes away and the file still isn't open. Is there some program I have to have to open this? Is there something wrong with my computer? I'm going crazy b/c I've been trying to open this for half an hour, and it'd be GREAT if someone could help me out. Thanks!!!

Yes. You need to download a program called Adobe Reader to view it. If you don't have that installed then your browser will not know what to do with it.

Maybe the file itself is corrupted, or that the download is incomplete.
