can we retrieve mobile piece number ?

Power off the phone.
Remove the battery from the back pannel.
The serial number should be listed.

some phones have an IMEI number which is a unique identifier for the phone; you can obtain this number by typing *#06# (star hash 06 hash) into your mobile phone and it will display a 15 digit number

This didnt work for my LG4500 from Verizon, but may work in some phones in the UK.
