I am not a fan of FlyLady. The emails are too over whelming for an unorganized person to deal with. They will just end up with an email box full of email they cannot keep up with.
I suggest you try the ORIGINAL SHE system described at About.com that uses 3x5 cards to keep you organized. This is how FlyLady got started she used the 3x5 system and when she became organized herself she started her on website.
You might need to try more than one thing but do not give up. Everyone is different and you just need to find what will work for you.
