I mean report him for his answers so I may do my magic and make him/her/it disappear forever. The more people that do this the better the chances of I tracking him down and shutting this thing down no matter what persona it may take

instead of reporting him each and every time. Simple report him for impersonation . he is not a bot and yahoo will shut him down quickly but he will be back in 5 minutes under a new name
