People who copy from others what they think is cool is just part of human nature. People copy what they see other people doing because they want others to percieve them as being part of that group.
In neanderthal times, in theory, this instict would be an advantage because if you were completely different from the rest of your tribe, it would indicate that you had traits that are undesireable to pass on to an offspring. So, the ability to blend in is good if you are in a tribe, but in modern day, it is completely annoying to see someone acting the same as everyone else for the sake of fitting in because it isn't necessary to do anymore because no one in modern society lives in a tribe anymore.

i don't understand the question but... emo ppl are ppl that want to be different from the world and other people... when actually there not... they all have to dress the same and do the same things.... it's pretty stupid to me.
