I wish I could say a candle lit bubble bath or sitting in the middle of a deserted lake on a canoe watching the sunrise and sunset all by myself. But, all I ever say is, "Calgon take me away!" But I don't have time to take a bath. I don't even shower alone anymore. I'm lucky if I have 1 kid in the shower with me....I've actually had 3 in the shower at one time with me. Ya know that mom with the hyper kids on Desparate Housewives? Most of the time my house is crazier. So, what relaxes me the most.....LATELY? XANAX!!!!!! LOL! It's the only thing that can relax me now. I always explain my house like this old Dupont Stainmaster carpet commercial with the kids destroying the house.

Right after a hard run or workout, I'll sit outside and let my sweat be dried by the sun and just listen to the sounds of the city. That's my most relaxing time.

Just laying in the bed on a hot day it feels so good and then you will fall asleep that is the most relaxing thing to me.

Sitting on the beach and watching and listening to the waves will do it every time.
Unfortunately I am not near a beach any more so now it's a glass of wine or cocktail and a good book in a room full on candles.

Smooth jazz and something cold to drink while I'm either soaking in the tub by candlelight or reading....such bliss. If my lover was here, just lying in his arms would be heaven.

chilling in the jacuzzi. It's so nice especially if i'm with my boy. otherwise i like listening to soothing music with the candles lit, it creates such a warm and calm atmosphere.
