No, it doesn't not mean that animals without tails are more intelligent. Through evolution, different species' bodies adapted to different conditons. Some found a tail to be useless (like people), and others found it necessary for survival (like monkeys). It all depends on what kind of enviroment the animal is living in. He will eventually, over thousands of years, become better and better adapted to a certain way of life.

Not really. Some animals use tails for balance and for climbing trees. All humans had a tail and it was their ambilical cord which was used for nutrition and food.If I had a tail again I'd want one that could have a blade or an extra hand.Tails are always useful to have.

I wish I had a tail! A tail like a cat so that everyone would know when I'm feeling ornery.

Not necessarily. I have no need of a tail, but a tail is handy in helping me find my cat.

animals only evolve when nessacery in their enviroment, humans didnt need it so eventually they went away, for example tigers in africa have tails, so that when they hunt other tigers can follow when its in the air , its for stealth hunting, but i suppose if i had a tail i would use it as a 3rd hand
