actually i speak my mind when and where i want, as this is not the EU or middle east. we have freedom of speech. i do so at work, and on my own time.

Why do you have to start a political war about such a serious topic? Of course, the Repugs will spout that the liberal "love everyone" democrats will try to negotiate.... while the Repugs will sit there and let it all happen.
Ugh. According to your thinking, there must have been only Democrats on the two planes that hit the towers and the one that hit the Pentagon because they weren't stopped and the one that WAS stopped must have been filled with Repugs. What crap.
I'm fairly sure that people aboard the plane would try to stop him (in this day and age, anyway) regardless of political affiliation. Stop trying to cause a political war here. We're ALL in the same boat with regard to terrorists... we're ALL Americans. The terrorists know that... why don't you?

Probably depends on who the democrat is. Not everybody behaves strictly according to their political beliefs, 100% of the time. Also, the situation can be a lot more complicated than that, I'm sure.

A Democrat, just like any other American, would grab & hold him down while another American would grab some duct tape. Then a bunch of Americans would hold him down, tape his worthless terrorist body to the chair, and wiat until the American pilot landed the plane.
I don't see what any political party had to do with it?

Give GW a lollypop, tell him its not nice to play dangerous games with real planes, sedate him with sugar and lulabies, get plane landed, shove as many old republican crimnal farts onto the plane, and send it straigt into the middle eastern territories the US has f-ed with so bad. If a terrorist took over my plane, there would be no way I would let him take control over my life or anyone else, democrat, republican, independant, whatever. Why would anyone negotiate with a effin terrorist? Especially if they are hijacking your plane.

I'm a liberal but I'm also a martial artist so i'd try killing them or at least fighting them until the overall croud of the plane would swarm and restrain them.
