are there any sites that provide you with free smtp service that allows you to send bulk emails.

cant use my isp, limited to 50 emails a day
cant use a smtp server, isp filters port 25 (changing port doesnt work)

Sorry, Bozo, but we don't support spammers here!

And your ISP is blocking port 25 unless you go through your ISP's SMTP server so you can't spam! Now, that's MY kind of ISP!

So just go play in traffic, OK?

it really depends on individual ISP policies, some ISPs are lenient enough to allow sender to send up to 99 recipient at a time for free, while some ISPs does provide you with similar service, allowing you to bulk mail to >100 users or even 1000 depends on your needs, of course this will not be free, as they categorized it as a business solution and you need to register with your ISP for this additional service. Apart from that? get an static Ip and setup your own mail server! Oh...and your domain registration
