It shouldn't be a problem with the rail pass that you have but myself and other friends found it cheaper to base ourselves in Slovakia and by return train tickets to our destinations from Bratislava as the tickets are cheap and are valid for 30 days. From slovakia/Bratislava to get to Vienna only takes Half an hour and from Bratislava to Prague takes 3-4hrs on the express train.

Railway passes are not valid for city transport in Prague. I don't know about Vienna.

In Prague you can buy a ticket that is valid for one day for all city transport. It costs 80 czk (around $3.6).

The 2 day pass would probably be cheaper. Also, in order to buy a Eurail pass, you have to buy it in the U.S. to get it cheaply.
