Let's go through it with the process of make-up.
1st, the UV block should be silky, non-greasy,water resistant and easy to pull out. The UV resistant shouldn't be too high or over UV 50 coz it will turn your skin oily and itchy. Foundation or base should be anti-oil and of coz non-alcolholic, touch light and sweat-resistant, contains UV 30 is better than not. Eyebow pencil eye-liners show choose pencil instead of pen or in liquid becoz it's less sensitive towards everyone. If u are sensitive to the pencil, u will recognize shortly but it takes at least 2-3hrs to know are u allegic or not for pen and liquid. Concealer should be silky and in pencil too coz it can pull out easily and choose lighter than base for 1 level of color, ie. base is 03 and concealer should be 04. Try to buy lip-gloss instead of lip-stick coz it's more glossy and smooth when compare to lip-stick. Also, there are more variety colors for lip-gloss now. Last, but not least, blush should be match with the brand of your base(that was recommended by stylistic) becoz the color will match easily and feel natural. Pink, light pink or cherry pink is suitable for gals with whitenin' skin, never apply blush like orange, gold or brown coz it doesn't match and look like a wound on your cheek! But if u have tann skin, orange or gold are the best color for blush!
Actually, in order to keep good skin, except for the tips of choosing the right cosmetic, u should clean it properly when u go home! Choose the cleansing milk with non-alcolholic, then clean it at least for twice. So put on the toner before u do mask! That's really a tips for cleaning your make-up and keepin' gd skin.
I feel glad to share here coz i believe my good skin due to these rules and i follow it. So i strongly recommend u some gd brand (not all of them are expensive, some of them have fair-nice price)
: Cezzane; Maybelline, Estee Lauder, Lancome, Shimmer, Kim & Mart, DHC, Join, Shiseido ... etc.

I have the same problem when it comes to eyeliner and find that it's VERY irritating. In fact, I get an allergic reaction to it and itch my eyes to the point where they sometimes get red. I thought I'd never be able to wear eyeliner again until I found a new product by Stila called Smudge Pots. You can find it either at Sephora if you live nearby or online at Sepora.com. I'd really encourage you to take a trip down to one if you live close, cause they can help advise you on any problems you may have with wearing makeup and find one that is right for you. As far as powder is concerned, I haven't tried Bare Minerals myself, but here raving reviews about it all the time. Not only is it acne and breakout free, but it's supposed to go on lightly so you can barely feel it. You can find it at any Sephora store near you. I'd definitely recommend Sephora if you've never been there before. It's like every woman's paradise with every makeup product ever known to man (some of which aren't even sold in stores anymore!!!). Plus, the fact that they have a 30 day money back guarantee on all products whether used or not makes it an even better store :) Good luck to you on the search for the best makeup and trust me, I know where you're coming from since I too have been unlucky enough to have sensitive skin prone to breakout :(

I started selling Beauty Control products about two years ago. I have the same problems that you do. I do a lot of damage to my skin as well. I can use any of their products with no trouble. I only sell the products at cost to be able to purchase them without paying retail. So I'm not making any money by selling. So this is an honest answer.

I agree with the above poster. You really should consult a dermatologist and find the reason for your problem. My husband has been surfing the internet for years and he finds all kinds of free samples, so i get makeup all the time for free. The best way to try one out to see if it is right for you. Here is one I just googled for Olay Regenerist. It is supposed to be great for sensitive skin. http://www.lynxtrack.com/afclick.php?o=2143&b=c9zt5rc4&p=6258&l=1

my skin is sensitive to alot of bases too. I use clinique because you can find a custom kind of make up that compliments your skin. It costs a little extra but it doesn't hurt your skin like most of the cheap stuff out there!
