You can spend time trying to meet people when you have solved your own problems, if you have problems then you cant concentrate on anything. That is lesson #1.

I think the best way to meet people is to go to their 360 pages and post a good comment on the "quick comment" section. Usually if the comment gets their attention and intrigues them they will comment back on your page. If their blog is open to the public, you can also comment there. I have made many friends this way, by commenting back and forth a few times, eventually one of us will "invite" the other to be a friend.
