You should go to Gamefaqs.com and look at the user guide for Pokemon XD. Almost every game on that website has a guide done by a gamer that takes you step by step through the game. Try taking a glance at the one for XD and they should tell you! ;P

Instead of playing Pokemon.. you should really learn to spell. It's obvious that you don't know how to spell. If you can't write.. how can you imagine yourself succeeding at electronics and the manipulation of images?
