no two females cannot have babies - just like two women can't make each other pregnant.
Either your guineapig is not pregnant or you have a male and a female. Pick both up, turn them over gently and compare their genitals. If they are different - one of them is make.
Go to the library and get a book on guineapigs to find pictures to compare with.
And then go get the male neutered at your vet's

I am pretty sure you have to have a female and male to have babies! However, my mother in law bought two guinea-pigs for my 8 year old daughter this summer and all of a sudden one morning she woke up and there was the babies???? This made no sense considering the pet store guys said they were both females! We came to the conclusion that the pet store guy needed to find himself another day job if he could not tell if he was selling a female guinea-pig or male! He was raising them! And he was the owner of the store too! Anyway my point is.....could this have happened to you???

No...although "homosexual" behavior has been observed in several species of animals there still has never been a same sex pregnancy, How long have you had them? The one might have been pregnant when you got her, or you have wrongly idetified the sex of one of your pets. You might have a male in disguise. That or you have a virgin birth coming, and you are about to have the Guinea Pig Messiah in your home....

Ok, now that is basic Biology.. no, it's not posible that two female anythings can procreate.. the posibilities are:
a) you don't have TWO female guinea pigs.. one is male..
b) the other one is acting weird because she is getting humped all the time
c) the other one may be sick, and that's why she's acting weird..

Females will mount and hump each other to establish dominance. Sounds like they are just trying to figure out who will be the Queen.

No of course not! The female guinea pigs don't have sperm cells so they can't get pregnant.

Unless it got pregnant by divine intercession, there is no chance your two female guinea pigs will bear offspring.

NO!! If one GP is pregnant you obviously made a mistake and have a boy and a girl - not two girls. Boys are also bigger, and girls do not mount (hump).
