depends on your looks and weight. For example an overweight 6' guy is highly unattractive, but a good looking 5'8 guy is okay. Same thing applies to girls except girls really shouldn't be taller than 5'10 to look normal...guys, nothing over 6'4...otherwise they tend to look rather freakish.

statistically intelligence tends to increase with height up to the height of 6"4 after which point it decreases. Most people would say that 6"4 is the ideal height for a man and 5"10 or 5"11 for a woman.
It's different for different ages and races too. Asian people were known to be short, but have since increased in their average heights. Black people tend to be taller and more muscular than other races. Juwish people tend to be short, but there are exceptions. Jews are rarely known to exceed 6". Escimos, Filipino's and south americans are also known to be shorter. Nutch people used to be very short, but now they are the tallest nation in the world. When it comes down to it, there's no such thing as an ideal height. It depends on what you want to do and how you feel about yourself. In terms of popular belief, I guess 6'4 is the ideal.

In general I would say height is an advantage, especially for men. Height tends to command respect. My husband is 6'7" and I am 5'4" and I love his height!!!
Too tall...probably 6'10'' because you really start to have trouble going through door ways, fitting in cars, etc.
I think women over 5'9" may have a disadvantage in that it is harder for them to find a guy taller than them, especially if they wear heels.
My MIL is 5'11" and my FIL is 6'4" so they look great together!

it is obviously an advantage.people look up to u for interaction..its an honour,isnt it.over 6'.3" looks slightly abnormal for males nd for females it could be above 5'.8".above this range of heights one would look quiet huge and ugly..

there are all tastes in this world .... there are guys thought to be cute who are short (little guy from top gear)
my personal preference is for a 4 feet 10 inch girl and i am 5 feet 10 i just think its very feminine

over 6 feet is too tall for a male...over 5.5 is too tall for a girl..iam a male 6 .2 feet
